  • 2000 - 2500 = $375.00
  • 2500 - 3000 = $425.00
  • 3000 - 3500 = $475.00
  • 3500 - 4000 = $525.00
  • 4000 + sq feet = $575.00 - Add $50.00 for every 500 sq ft after 4000


  • Condos to 1500 sq feet = $300.00 - If over 1500 sq ft refer to price list above
  • Duplex = $450.00
  • 4-plex = $650.00
  • Multi-plex Call for quote
  • Crawl Space = $60.00
  • Pool or Spa = $65.00
  • Pool and Spa = $100.00
  • Escrow Billing = $100.00
  • Over 50 years old = $50.00 additional fee
  • First time home buyers = $25.00 discount

Mold Testing

  • $450.00 includes 3 samples
  • Mold testing with home inspection $350.00
  • $95.00 per additional sample
