I’m a CA. general contractor Lic#1066116 and have been inspecting real estate since 1999 performing nearly 20,000+ inspections. Before that, I was a journeyman carpenter working on both commercial and residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. I grew up in San Jose and moved to the Sacramento area when I was 23. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and our kids skiing, camping, hiking, trips to Tahoe and the ocean and traveling to new and exciting places.
